Castle Hill Insolvency

I have worked in the Financial Services sector since 2003 and has been involved in many different areas within this.

I joined Castle Hill Insolvency in 2018 and having worked in personal insolvencies for a number of years I am head of the Voluntary Arrangement team.

When dealing with complex cases I understand that processes need to be completed swiftly to decrease the stress and worries of clients dealing with creditor contact.

I pride myself in having an open, friendly, compassionate and professional approach and believing one of the most important aspects of my role is trust.

Castle Hill Insolvency are licensed insolvency practitioners with 40 years combined experience, in a field where we understand the pressures of business, and the need to act quickly when creditors start pressing and trading becomes difficult.

Whilst advising on all aspects of corporate insolvency and recovery, we also have considerable experience in dealing with personal insolvency, including partnership, sole-trader, and personal consumer debt.

We pride ourselves on giving pro-active commercial advice, maximising the available options to avoid a ‘worst case scenario’.

We appreciate the sensitivity of the situation if you find yourself, or your business struggling with debt. We therefore offer a fully confidential service and we are happy to meet to discuss matters in a location you are most comfortable with, be that at your premises, our offices, or a location to suit you.

Early advice is always recommended, and we offer a free of charge, no obligation first meeting. By taking early advice, this will allow you to deal with matters in an orderly fashion, retaining an element of control of the situation.
