My name is Morag Kitt and I am a qualified Complementary Therapist. Having used a range of therapies myself to enable me to live a happy, active life despite spinal problems and treatment for breast cancer, in 2014 I decided to train as a Reflexologist. I achieved a Distinction in my Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and set up Tola Health. Since then my passion for learning, and helping people improve their health and well-being, has led me to undertake further training. I am qualified in a range of therapies that enable me to provide treatments suited to my client’s needs and life styles.
If you are constantly feeling exhausted, stressed and unwell, I can help you. I work with anyone who wants to take control of their health and well-being. In my home in Exeter I have a lovely treatment room and in this calm, peaceful environment I can help you achieve a sense of deep relaxation and enable your body to begin healing itself. This will help you to sleep better and manage existing health problems, leading to a balanced mind and body.
Reflexology is a gentle way of restoring and maintaining balance in the body through the reduction of the effects of stress and promoting deep relaxation. It is based on the principle that the anatomy of the body is reflected in miniature within zones on the feet. By using the thumbs and fingers to apply pressure and relaxation techniques it is possible to access all areas of the body and restore balance by relieving stress, improving circulation and enabling the body to heal itself.
Facial reflexology focuses on reflex points on the face to stimulate circulation, nerve conduction and encourage lymphatic drainage helping the body function at its optimal level. After treatments you will look more radiant and have a glowing complexion.
Aromareflexology uses the therapeutic benefits of essential oils to enhance foot reflexology. It includes blending oils chosen for you and advanced massage techniques combined with heat. You take the blend pot home for continued use, maximising the benefits.
Oriental face massage combines massage and acupressure techniques to work on facial muscles. The treatment covers the neck, face and scalp. It leads to improved circulation and helps remove toxins, reducing wrinkles, and improving the complexion, minimizing the effects of the ageing process. It is facial rejuvenation without cosmetic surgery!
Indian head massage is ideal for people who spend hours at a desk, and those who suffer from headaches and sinus problems. Working on a physical and psychological level, the techniques used calm and de-stress the whole body. By massaging the head and shoulders, applying pressure to Chinese acupressure points and focussing on Chakras energies are rebalanced and circulation stimulated. This brings a sense of well-being and increases the distribution of blood, oxygen and nutrients encouraging the body to heal itself.
HOPI EAR candling brings relief to symptoms of sinusitis, wax build up, migraines, headaches and tinnitus. Treatments involve inserting a candle into the ear. When lit, a sucking action draws impurities to the surface so they can be removed gently. The air rising up the ‘chimney’ massages the eardrum with its vibrations regulating pressures inside the ear.
