I travel quite a few miles back and forth across the South West of England, every month, attending our network meetings and catching up with members. One of my favourite ways to pass the time, apart from concentrating on the road, is to listen to podcasts. In fact it was all of this travelling that prompted me to start my own Podcast show back in 2016. I interviewed women from across the world, asking them about their lives and journeys – at the time of writing there are 93 episodes in the back catalogue.
Here are my top 5 podcasts for women in business and and unashamedly number 1 is …
1. The Successful Women Podcast Show with Gill Donnell
2. TED Talks Business
Some of the world’s greatest innovators, entrepreneurs and business researchers share their stories and insights from the stage at TED Conferences, TEDx events and parter events from around the world.

3. Direct to Success with Minessa Konecky, Jenna Green & Michele Bradley
This podcast covers a variety of topics relevant to small business ownership. Straightforward business focussed help, from a group of friends that take business seriously, but don’t take themselves too seriously.

4. The Limitless Mother Podcast with Cori Javid
Every week Cory will arm you with the strategy, mindset and the dash of woo that you will need to become successful, because you are a mother, not in spite of it.
5. HBR Women at Work Harvard Business Review
Women face gender discrimination throughout our careers. There’s no workplace orientation session about narrowing the wage gap, standing up to interrupting male colleagues, or taking on many other issues we encounter at work. So HBR editors Amy Bernstein, Amy Gallo, and Nicole Torres are untangling some of the knottiest problems. They interview experts on gender, tell stories about their own experiences, and give lots of practical advice to help you succeed in spite of the obstacles.
